All full-day absences* from UiB Campus, including meetings, travels, fieldwork etc and the use of a home office, must be reported by you in this form.

*) Except for abcense due to holidays, sick leave and other leaves, as should be reported or applied for through the HR-portal.

Academic Leader/ Fagansvarlig for fieldwork/cruise and group travels are in addition, resposible to send in informasjon well in advance of departure, through the form "Felt-, tokt- og gruppereiser / Field-, Cruise- and group travels GEO" as is found on our webpage: "For all employees at GEO"
