Important payment information:

The pre-conference AML/MDS course for clinicians is free of charge.
The Nordic AML Group will reimburse travel, accommodation, and conference fee expenses upon submission of receipts for participation in both the pre-conference course and the NAMLG meeting, up to a maximum total of NOK 9,000.

For the workshop for nurses, the fee will be NOK 1250.
Participation fee for academic attendees for both days: NOK 2500.
If you are attending only one day, the fee will be NOK 1250.
Participation on both days, including the conference dinner, will be NOK 3,100 for academic participants.
Participation fee for industry participants not included under the sponsorship agreement: NOK 4400 without dinner and 5000 if attending the conference dinner.

To attend the Conference dinner 17^th September: NOK 600.

Hotel is not included and must be reserved and paid separately except for the invited speakers.
