The conference will take place at Solstrand Hotel & Bad, which will also serve as the conference hotel. It is located in Os, Norway, about a 20-minute drive from Bergen. To facilitate efficient communication and ensure that we can accommodate your needs and provide you with a positive and well-organized conference experience, we kindly ask you to complete the registration form below. A conference package includes two meeting packages with lunch, one dinner, one breakfast, and one overnight stay at Solstrand Hotel & Bad in a standard room. If you are not staying at the hotel, you may instead register for day packages including lunch for one or two days, as well as attendance at the conference dinner. Prices: Participants staying at the hotel (per day): • One conference participant in a standard room, including dinner, breakfast, and two meeting packages with lunch: NOK 4,000 (350 Euro) • Additional conference participant in the same room (double-room supplement) including dinner, breakfast, and two meeting packages with lunch: NOK 3,000 (265 Euro) • Additional overnight stay (May 11–12): 4,800 NOK (420 EUR) Participants not staying at the hotel (per person, per day): • Day package with lunch: NOK 850 (75 Euro) • Three-course dinner (May 10): NOK 675 (60 Euro) No advance payment is required. Payment will be made upon arrival. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations.
Please note that, in accordance with Norwegian regulations, the hotel is required to register the nationality of all guests.
