The Holberg Debate: Suggestions for topics and panellists.

The Holberg Debate is an annual event organised by the Holberg Prize. The debate is inspired by Ludvig Holberg’s Enlightenment ideas and aims to explore pressing issues of our time.

Feel free to suggest future topics and panellist below. As a main rule, each panel should consist of two or three panelists, at least one of whom should come from academia.

Suggest a topic, a short title and a central question to be debated.
Other questions that the debate could cover.
Suggest possible panellists and explain why they are relevant, why they would draw public interest, and how they would likely disagree on the topic at hand. Feel free to include alternatives to each suggested panellist.
