We will have photographs taken throughout the events. The photos may be published on CCBIO’s website, annual report and newsletters. If you object to being photographed, please contact CCBIO's Administrative Leader Geir Olav Løken on geir.loken@uib.no

In order to enable us to accommodate 200 participants in the 138 rooms available, we are dependent upon as many as possible sharing rooms (up to four). So, please indicate if and with whom, you are willing to share your room.

Payment

The own contribution is NOK 2500/250 Eur,-. This rate is heavliy subsidized by CCBIO.

Which day is best for you to present? May 13 May 14 I can present either day.

In case of very many entries, we need to divide the presentations. Please indicate whether one of the days is better for you.

Preferable poster format: Portrait H120 x W85. However, your are welcome to use larger posters if they are already printed. If your poster has a larger height or width than our preferred format, you are required to specify its dimensions (height and width) below.

Larger posters might be challenging to fit, might need wall space as they will not fit the poster stands, so we need to be informed in advance to plan for this.
