We hope you will arrive Bergen in time to participate in our faculty's welcome programme for new international students. Some of the activities require advance registration, and we kindly ask your feedback no later than 1 August.

AFTERNOON TRIP TO MOUNT FLØYEN 8 AUGUST
Mount Fløyen is one of the starting points for hikes in the mountains surrounding Bergen. At the top we are having a short walk to Skomakerstuen where there will be refreshments waiting for you. Meeting point: the courtyard of the Grieg Academy (Lars Hilles gate 3) at 13.30. From there we will walk together to Fløibanen funicular, which will take us up to Mount Fløyen. WELCOME LUNCH ON CAMPUS 9 AUGUST
This event will be a chance to meet KMD staff and fellow international students in an informal setting and lunch.
It will be taking place in the Auditorium Knut Knaus (Møllendalsveien 61) at 12:00.
