Survey - Internal Communication at BIO

Survey - Internal Communication at BIO

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey!

Good internal communication is crucial to make sure everyone has the information they need to do their job. But also, the way we communicate is essential in creating a sense of belonging and unity.

This survey is part of a mapping of the department’s internal communication initiated as a follow-up of the work environment survey at BIO fall 2023, where this topic was raised by you (the BIO staff) as one of the most important areas for improvement. A working group consisting of Knut Olav Daasvatn, Nina Hølland, Selina Våge, Dagmar Egelkraut and Katie Downham has been appointed to map the status and suggest improvements. The group’s mandate can be found HERE.
The data from this survey will form the basis for the group’s work.

It is our hope that this survey will help us identify measures that can help us improve our internal communication in the department of Biological Sciences.
