The next Polar event will be held on the 11th of April, 2024. It will take place at Mao's Lille Røde at Det Akademiske Kvarter. It will start at 18:00, and there will be two presentations. The presentations will be given in Norwegian. The first presentation will be given by Elin Darelius about her fieldwork on the Fimbulisen ice shelf titled: "Feltarbete på Fimbulisen - Elve telt, tre hull och ett badekar". Then there will be the opportunity to ask questions, then a break, and then a second talk by Yngve Kristoffersen titled "Polarforskning – en god idé er ikke nok, du trenger også logistikk".
