The regular one-user license price for BioRender is ca. 420 USD. Our first survey indicated that we are 20 or more individuals at BIO with a paid license or with an interest in a discounted license. If we are 20 or more people interested, we can get a Group License at a discounted prize of 215 USD per seat.

By replying to this form you confirm that you have an interest to aquire a license at this price, and that you are in the possession of project funding to cover your costs.

NB: If you already have a paid subscription to BioRender, this will be automatically be transferred to the discounted price when your e-mail address is provided as part of the Group License.

BioRender Group License Information/Recap from Devon Mok at BioRender:

This slide deck (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1dhN4kmwpeqZjK6brm_TgOTiYDdAPV3DK/edit#slide=id.p1) provides a high level introduction to BioRender. Slides 3-5 touch on the directional impact of the tool on organizations in terms of direct labor/cost savings and improved communication of research findings.

By using BioRender, research organizations achieve much more effective communication of their scientific findings such that people can understand their communications better. As a result, decisions are made faster and things get improved more quickly.

Slide 7 touches on features and benefits of the Group License (in addition to the significant discount on a per user basis).

I thought I should also elaborate upon some of the important aspects of the Group License.
The Group License includes the admin panel that allows you to manage users and access day-to-day.
The Group License provides a shared platform environment for all the users across your teams such that your users can easily share and collaborate on developing figures/templates/illustrations in the platform. Content developed can also be kept private within specified groups among users (i.e. within each lab).
With the Group License, all figures/templates/illustrations created by users will be retained securely within your platform. This way your team can easily build upon previously developed figures/templates/illustrations as your research continues to evolve.
From a security and continuity standpoint, whenever a user departs from your organization, their work within BioRender will be saved and retained within your platform (instead of that content leaving with the departing user).
The Group License also includes dedicated support from a Customer Success Manager / Premium Live Support
For a license with a minimum of 50 seats, we provide SSO (Single Sign On).
