Registrering av planlagt søknad om ekstern finansiering/Registration of planned proposal for external funding

Please fill this form to register your application for external funding. A notification is sent to the BOA-support team, your Head of Department and Head of Administration. All applications must have academic and financial approval from your Department/Center and they must be registered in our financial system. This form assists us in ensuring that these processes are handled in a good and efficient way. The information will not be shared with others.

OBS - if you apply for EU funding, a "statement of participation" must be signed by your leader and sent to the central administration. When recieved, UiB's legal representative can support you in the funding portal, PES-funding will be registrered, and FIA-advisers may support the proposal upon availability. Based on the information given in this form, we will help filling out the statement, and mediate the dialog with the central administration.

Frikjøp can be from either your research time (= money to the Department), or from teaching (= actual buy out from teaching duties). The latter must be agreed upon with your Head of Department. The main rule is that frikjøp from teaching can be considered if you budget more than 6 mill NOK to the Department.
