In order to enable us to accommodate 170+ participants in the 100 rooms available, we are dependent upon as many as possible sharing rooms (up to four). So, please indicate if and with whom you are willing to share your room. Please agree with this person/these persons beforehand.

Payment *
The own contribution is NOK 3000 (ca. 300 Eur, currency rate dependent). This rate is subsidized by Neuro-SysMed. If you for some reason have any difficulties in laying out the 3000 through a credit card, please contact us to look into alternative payment options.

TALK - NOW CLOSED FOR NEW SUBMISSIONS
We have made room in the program for talks based on submission of abstracts, available for both senior and junior researchers. Please click below if you are interested in doing a talk, and add title of the talk, plus author list if available. In addition, a one page poster abstract in Word format needs to be submitted to Eli.Vidhammer@uib.no WITHIN AUGUST 23 to be considered. The NSM management will make a selection from the submitted abstracts.
If you don't wish to do a talk or will not be presenting poster, you can scroll to the bottom of the registration form and click Submit.

POSTER PRESENTATION - NOW CLOSED FOR NEW SUBMISSIONS
Students/younger researchers are invited to present a poster. Please click below if you are interested in presenting a poster, and add title of the project, plus author list if available. In addition, a one page poster abstract in Word format needs to be submitted to Eli.Vidhammer@uib.no WITHIN SEPTEMBER 1 to be considered, and to be included in the abstract book.
If you will NOT be presenting poster, you can scroll to the bottom of the registration form and click Submit.

Both (or all) of you might tic the "I wish to present a poster" box, but indicate the name(s) of the other(s) so that we know it is one and the same poster (cross-reference each other).

Add the title of your suggested talk or poster.

Add the author list (if available) for the work in your suggested talk or poster.

It is possible to use larger posters if they are already printed. There is however limited space for that as we then will need to use 2 poster stands for 1 poster, so please try to stick to the standard of Hight 120 cm and Width 85 cm.
